Here's a video of some otters playing an electric keyboard at the Smithsonian Zoo in Washington, D.C. because, you know what, it’s the day after Memorial Day Weekend and basically the only thing worse for your productivity than a Monday is a Tuesday after a three-day weekend.
So here we are, kids. Some otters playing on an electric keyboard.
Okay, so the otters aren’t actually that great at playing the electric keyboard, but, like, you have to give them some credit for trying. The keyboard is part of the Smithsonian’s National Zoo’s animal enrichment program, which supplies stimulating objects and activities—such as painting— for their zoo animals. Yes, they're letting lions and gorillas express themselves as if they were at some Montessori pre-school.
